Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Bruchetta

This is one of the easiest things you can make for a quick and yummy appetizer. There are so many different variations you can use to make these unique. You can even buy store bought tomato and basil bruchetta in a pinch!

Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Bruchetta

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Slice a loaf of baguette bread and place on a baking sheet. Brush a little olive oil on the tops of the bread and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes or just until lightly golden but not brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately (but carefully) rub a clove of garlic on the hot toasted bread. This will give it tons of flavor!!!

Top with a little prosciutto, goat cheese and some thin strips of basil. Super simple but incredibly delicious!
