Horray for Saturday!

This morning it was actually *cold*....we're talking 47 degrees of chilliness. I know it's October..but I hate the cold. Sometimes I wonder why I live in the North East! I started off the morning with my alarm scaring me out of bed around 6am and headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast. I decided on what we can call:

"Chobani Parfait"

  • 1 6oz container of chobani greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1/4 cup of low fat granola
  • a drizzle of agave nectar
Layer it in order from start to finish in a glass and breakfast is served! A no hassle, beautiful breakfast in minutes! You will never see me walking around in the morning without my trusty cup of coffee. Today I served it up in a Dunkin Donuts cup, but I can assure you that this is NOT your ordinary cup of joe! I made a pot of Creme Brulee coffee from The Fresh Market and let me tell you it is d-e-l-i-s-h!
