Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizza



In the realm of good smelling food, bacon and eggs has always been on the top of my list. I'm pretty sure that if Yankee Candle sold that scent I would buy it! ;) This breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizza

  • store bought pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • salt & pepper

Heat a skillet and cook the bacon over medium heat. If it starts to cook too quickly, reduce the heat. It is better to cook it slower on a lower heat and have great bacon!








Remove from the pan and set aside on a paper towel to drain the excess grease.


Pre-heat the oven to 500 degrees. Put your pizza pan in the oven while the oven is pre-heating. You want it to be screaming hot when you put the pizza on it. I used a Pampered Chef bar pan.


Lay a piece of parchment paper on the counter. Put a small amount of olive oil in your hands and stretch the pizza dough out on the parchment paper.


In a small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Spread the oil/garlic on the pizza dough and then sprinkle with the fresh parsley.







Cut the bacon and then sprinkle it on top of the pizza dough.




Add slices of the fresh mozzarella


Bake in the oven @ 500 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is starting to get a very light golden color. Remove pizza pan (careful because it will be EXTREMELY hot) from the oven and add the eggs. Crack each one in a small dish and slide it onto the pizza.



Season liberally with kosher salt & pepper.
Put the pizza back in the oven and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through and yolk is the consistency you prefer.



Slice and serve!!

  2. OMG...that's just sinful..good sinful! Love pizza with bacon and eggs, except I have to be careful I don't devour it all! Yours looks exceptional!
